Henry's Electronic Warehouse (hereafter referred to as HenrysElectronic.com) is not responsible for typographical and/or photographic errors. Any/All photographs on the website is for showing only, actual product may differ from what is shown (in terms of, but not inclusive of, brand, size, color and etc). Please refer to product title and description for facts. HenrysElectronic.com does not offer any technical support. Please check for product compatibility before purchasing.

Important Ordering Information

All orders usually require a few business days processing before shipment for any product While HenrysElectronic.com makes every attempt to maintain accurate stock information, HenrysElectronic.com is not responsible for the accuracy of inventory. In the event of a discrepancy regarding availability of a product, HenrysElectronic.com has the right to fully refund a customer for the full purchase price or delay shipment, at our discretion. In the event of dispute regarding the product received, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (the day the item is received is day 1). We will not be responsible for any aspect of the product after 7 days. 

• HenrysElectronic.com processes and ships 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
• Deliveries to Post Office Boxes may be shipped by Canada Post, EMS, DHL, UPS, Hong Kong Post or with other service, at our discretion.
• Products/goods are shipped from several location, including Canada, Hong Kong / China, United Kingdom, and United States. While we try to ensure fast delivery, the exact delivery time will vary. Depending on your location, shipping time will vary greatly, usually from 2 to 20 business days. No guarantee regarding delivery time is given. Estimate shipping time can be given upon request.
• Most items under $20 are shipped without tracking and insurance to ensure low shipping cost.  To purchase tracking and insurance, please email us and we will send you a private link with slightly higher shipping costs. We will not be responsible for lost shipments if tracking and insurance are not purchased. 
• Once a order(s) is/are placed, it will go through our system, and cannot be canceled.
• You may be contacted at the phone number registered with your credit card for security purposes.

Prices

Prices are in CANADIAN dollars. The price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is made.

Shipping & Possible Risks During Shipping

When products are shipped to you by common carrier,  HenrysElectronic.com's liability to you for breakage and/or non-delivery of the products by the common carrier to you will be limited by the limits of liability provided by the common carrier's terms and conditions of carriage.

While we try to process and ship orders as fast as possible, shipping time is not guaranteed. 

Customer Satisfaction Policy

Products sold by  HenrysElectronic.com's (including pickup orders) are covered under our 7-day customer satisfaction policy, from the original purchase date, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. We do not offer refund. We only offer exchange/replacement for defective product at our full discretion.
2. Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to improper installation. This includes any physical alteration to the product, modifications not approved by the manufacturer, bent pins, etc. 
3. No returns on any products marked as "no returns", "final sale" (or carries a similar description) on the products' page or the associated page.
4. All fees, including "shipping and handling" and insurance coverage fees are non-refundable.
5. Opened merchandise WITHOUT original packaging or materials is not eligible for return. Exchange MUST include all original parts and packing materials, or the return will be rejected.  HenrysElectronic.com reserves the right to refuse any exchange for merchandise.
6. We strongly recommend customers to contact us if the product is defective or not as described. Paypal users/buyers have the option of opening a dispute. While we strongly discourage the opening of Paypal dispute to solve problems, it is up to the buyer to decide as buyers have that option. If you do pick that, Paypal's decision will be final and we will not be held liable for any aspects/conditions/characteristics of the product once the dispute is closed and we have filled the obligation set by Paypal.
7. If the return/exchange/replacement for a product is granted by us, buyers are responsible for returning the product to the location we request, including its associated packaging and shipping costs.
8. Service(s)/intangible product(s) is/are not refundable unless stated otherwise.
9. Our 7-day customer satisfaction policy may include (a) exchange of product directly at our pickup location, (b) asking the customer to return/ship the product directly to manufacturer for replacement/repair (customers are responsible for the associated shipping cost). This will be done at our discretion. For return/exchange/warranty of defective products, the customer/buyer is required to return the original product, including its accessories and packaging material (this may include, but not exclusive of, box, manual, and etc). 
10. Once an order is submitted, it is processed immediately and no change can be made. Please make sure your address is correct before payment.
11. The word "Warranty", "Replacement", "Return", and "Exchange" are used in the same manner.

All product warranty coverage after 7-days will be handled directly by the product manufacturer, if it exists. HenrysElectronic.com reserves the right to refuse any exchange for merchandise.

HenrysElectronic.com is a importer/exporter/retailer/distributor only. Products sold are not manufactured by HenrysElectronic.com. HenrysElectronic.com makes no representation or warranty with respect to the products. HenrysElectronic.com disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, as to any such product, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranties arising from statute, trade usage, course of dealing, or course of performance.

You ("the Customer") and  HenrysElectronic.com agree that these Terms and Conditions are the sole terms and conditions governing the sales transaction between the Customer and HenrysElectronic.com. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these Terms and Conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these Terms and Conditions carefully each time you place an order with HenrysElectronic.com. Reading/using/purchase from this site implies/indicates the acceptance and agreement of terms and conditions on this page. 

Dispute Procedures

 HenrysElectronic.com provides quality products at reasonable prices. If you are not satisfied with the product(s)
 you received from us (only applies to online order), please follow the instruction below:
 1. Contact us first by submitting a ticket. We try our best to reply within 24-48 hours.
 2. If solution(s) provided by us is/are not satisfactory, we recommend the following:
     (a) You may file a dispute/claim on Paypal.
     (b) You may contact your credit card company for merchant dispute procedures.

Note: As a Paypal Merchant, our payments are routed to us through Paypal. We established our policies based on information and policies of Paypal. By selecting method 2, communication ends between the buyer and the seller, and a third party neutral company (Paypal/credit card) will be involved in the disputing process. The decision made by the neutral third party will be final. 

Limitation of Liability

HenrysElectronic.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if HenrysElectronic.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All items sold through HenrysElectronic.com is sold "as-is" or "with all faults." The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. Should any of these items prove defective, do not function, or function improperly in any way following their purchase, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, distributor, or  HenrysElectronic.com, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a  HenrysElectronic.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, HenrysElectronic.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  HenrysElectronic.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled,  HenrysElectronic.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

HenrysElectronic.com reserves the right to revise these Terms and Use including the customer satisfaction policies at any time, without notice.
