After you purchase the card from us, email us your TITLE, FIRST NAME, LAST NAME,
and EMAIL ADDRESS for the $20 referral credit. We will generate the code for you
and send it to you via email. When you activate the card, give Fido the code,
and it will tell you the code is validated and will deposit $20 to your account
after 90 days of usage (Fido wants to make sure you are with them for a period
of 90 days before giving you the credit). This only applies to new activation!
