1. What is a Rogers Sim Card?
Rogers Sim Card is a piece of chip that is required to access cell phone service provided by Rogers. If you want to use Rogers' service, you need a Rogers Sim Card in your phone. The sim card also acts as a storage space for your contacts.

2. Is my phone compatible with Rogers Sim Card?
Any Rogers phone or unlocked GSM phone will be able to use Rogers Sim Card.
 
3. What services are available?
a) Pay As You Go / Prepaid

c) If you lost your old sim card, and need a new one, you can transfer your number to the new card
 
4. How do I activate the card?

b) Activate it online.
 
5. I heard there is a activation fee, is it true?
Yes and no.
a) NO ACTIVATION FEE for Pay As You Go / Prepaid Service
b) $35 activation fee for monthly service
c) No cost for transferring number from your old sim card

6. Is there any minutes on the card?
No, there is no minute/balance on the card. To put minutes in the card, you need to buy voucher/airtime card. You may purchase them by calling Rogers, going to Rogers.com or go to any Rogers branch. In addition, most shops and convenience stores will carry Rogers Voucher/Airtime cards.

7. For Prepaid/Pay As You Go service, how much is one minute?

8. I want to use Roger?s Prepaid/Pay As You go service, what do I need to do?
Firstly, you need to purchase the Rogers Sim Card. Secondly, you call Rogers at 1-877-764-3772 to get the card activated. Rogers will need some of your basic personal information such as Name, Home Address, and Email Address. There is no ID or Credit check for Prepaid service, and no credit card is required. Then Rogers will assign you a phone number based on your area/city. Details of your service, including voicemail activation, will be handled by Rogers.

10. Rogers sells the Rogers Sim Card for $40 + Tax, how come you sell so much less?
Rogers Sim Cards are actually very inexpensive to produce and are sold at very low price to Rogers dealers/branches, but they jack up the price. The cards we sell are 100% BRAND NEW, GENUINE, and UNACTIVATED. We get the the sim cards directly from Rogers dealers to avoid unnecessary costs. These sim cards are exactly the same as the ones you buy from the store. The only difference is ours is 1/4 of the retail price.
